These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Docsigns mobile application. By downloading or using Docsigns, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
By accessing or using Docsigns, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Docsigns lets you upload supported documents, add drawn, typed, or uploaded signatures and dates, organize files, and export or share signed PDFs from your mobile device.
Docsigns helps you apply electronic signatures to documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring that an electronic signature is appropriate and legally valid for your particular document and jurisdiction. Docsigns does not provide legal advice, and a signature created in the app does not by itself guarantee legal enforceability.
You represent that you have the right and authority to sign each document you process and that any signature you apply is your own or is authorized.
You agree to use Docsigns only for lawful purposes. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or that you do not have permission to use. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you sign.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to forge signatures or impersonate others.
Docsigns is free to use and is supported by banner and interstitial advertising. An optional Pro subscription removes all ads and may unlock additional features. Pro is offered with an introductory free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your documents and signatures) are owned by Docsigns and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to the documents and signatures you create or upload.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docsigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, documents, or profits arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data from Settings.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
